Welcome to GlyPho. GlyPho is an AI-powered SaaS service that helps users create SVG images through conversation. By accessing or using GlyPho at https://www.glypho.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You may use GlyPho to create, edit, download, and manage SVG images and related creative assets. You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any usage limits or policies we publish.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, text, images, and other materials you submit to GlyPho, as well as how you use any generated SVG outputs.

User Accounts

1. Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Unauthorized Use: Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Generated Content and Intellectual Property

GlyPho and its underlying software, interface, models, workflows, branding, and documentation are owned by GlyPho or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain rights you have in the prompts and materials you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use SVG images generated through GlyPho for personal or commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights.

Because AI-generated outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users, GlyPho does not guarantee that any generated SVG image is unique, non-infringing, or suitable for every intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, selling, or relying on it.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use GlyPho to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right
• Generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content
• Generate, upload, publish, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, exploitative, or age-restricted content
• Create or request deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or face-manipulation content involving real people without lawful authorization
• Generate hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, illegal, regulated, or otherwise harmful content
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is legally required
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or bypass security features of the service
• Resell, sublicense, or provide GlyPho as a competing service without written permission
• Use automated access in a way that harms service reliability or violates published limits

Privacy and Data Collection

GlyPho may collect account information, usage data, device and browser information, cookies, payment and billing information, prompts, generated SVG content, and support communications as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, or plans may be offered through GlyPho. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan. Prices, features, and usage limits may change with notice where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed.

Service Availability

We work to keep GlyPho reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable from time to time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GlyPho if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or GlyPho, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GlyPho is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlyPho disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlyPho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or use arising from or related to the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlyPho, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of GlyPho, your content, your generated outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of GlyPho after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
