Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using GlyPho to generate, manage, publish, or download SVG assets.

By using GlyPho, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

Allowed Use

GlyPho is intended for lawful SVG assets such as logos, icons, interface illustrations, brand graphics, documentation visuals, and similar creative materials.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded materials, generated SVGs, and how you use or publish those outputs.

Prohibited Use

You may not use GlyPho to generate, upload, publish, share, download, or distribute content that:

• Is NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, exploitative, or age-restricted
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexually exploits, sexualizes, grooms, or endangers a minor, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions. GlyPho applies zero tolerance to this content.
• Involves deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or face manipulation of real people without lawful authorization
• Promotes hatred, harassment, threats, abuse, violence, self-harm, exploitation, or illegal activity
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights
• Contains malware, phishing, spyware, deceptive interfaces, or attempts to evade security systems
• Supports regulated or prohibited goods and services, including weapons, illegal drugs, gambling, financial scams, or other high-risk activity
• Misleads users about affiliation, endorsement, origin, ownership, pricing, or the nature of AI-generated content

AI Generation Safety

GlyPho may screen prompts before generation and may block prompts that violate this policy or our payment and infrastructure partners' content policies.

Even if a prompt is accepted, you must review generated SVGs before using, publishing, or selling them. GlyPho does not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, non-infringing, or suitable for every use.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, preserve relevant records, or take other proportionate action if we believe this policy has been violated or if use of GlyPho creates legal, safety, compliance, or platform risk. Confirmed CSAM or other content that must be reported by law may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Report Violations

To report generated or shared content that may violate this policy, email support@glypho.app with the subject Content Safety Report. Include the asset URL or ID, why you believe it violates this policy, and any non-illegal supporting context that helps us locate it. Do not download, copy, or attach suspected CSAM.

We review reports in good faith, keep reporter information confidential where reasonably possible, and may remove content or restrict accounts while a report is investigated. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
